The great thing about this event is that you can make it what you want, whether you fancy a midnight stroll around your local town, or a hike through a forest or along a coastline, the choice is yours. You can even decide how you would like to fundraise – you could ask each person for an entrance fee or a minimum sponsorship.

Derry Wicked Walkabout
“On Saturday 6th April we held our first charity walk for the MPS Society. Our Wicked Walkabout was to help raise funds and awareness for MPS and to show support to our daughter Chloe now 16 who has MPS I.
The walk was held in our hometown of Derry. On the day of the walk the sun was shining and we couldn’t have wished for a better day.
Overall about ninety family and friends came out to help raise funds and awareness for MPS. With the efforts of family and friends we raised £1065 but more importantly we helped raise awareness about MPS.
I would like to say a special thank you to all the people who took part” Kevin McCauley
Bucks Wicked Walkabout
The MPS Society’s Chief Executive; Christine Lavery and trustee Wilma Robins organised a Buckinghamshire Wicked Walkabout. A lovely 5km walk through the beautiful Chess Valley, with a stop for tea with a local quiz. Together with local families, they raised a fantastic £1,113.
Dorset Wicked Walkabout
“As a family we wanted to support the MPS Society by organising our own “Dorset Wicked Walkabout” on 19th May. We thought we might raise £100 – £200 but were completely overwhelmed by the wonderful response we received from family, friends and work colleagues. We were delighted to discover that the total amount raised exceeded £1,500!” Kath, Terry and Louise Hiller
