About the Event
This workshop is facilitated by Zubyda Azzam, raremindsCIC psychotherapist.
We know that the diagnosis of a MPS, Fabry or a related disease is life-changing. The aim of this online workshop is to allow a safe, reflective space to explore the emotional and psychological impact of living with a diagnosis.
This interactive and informative workshop offers an opportunity to share experiences, explore coping strategies and find support in dealing with the impact of living with diagnosis at different times in life.
We believe that ‘living with a diagnosis’ is an ongoing process over time. As such, you are very welcome to come along whether you are newly impacted, or have been living with MPS, Fabry or a related disease for some time.
(NB: Workshops are for over-18s only. This workshop is for parents and carers)
Places are limited to 15 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
