About the Event
In these fun interactive sessions for children, Diana Thornton will introduce children to what happens in their brain and body when they become anxious and will introduce some ways to deal with stress and anxiety drawn from her work as a counsellor and a mindfulness teacher.
Parents must be there when children log in and although not required to be a part of the discussion should be nearby to offer support if required.
