About the Event
Anxiety can sometimes be difficult to break away from. It can also be worrying when you experience it until you understand what is happening to your brain and to your body. In these two 1 hour workshops, Diana Thornton will demystify what is happening to you physically when anxiety kicks in and will teach you some tried and tested techniques to help get it under control.
Parents must be there when young people log in and although not required to be a part of the discussion should be nearby to offer support if required.
