8.00-8.30 Optional mindful movement/gentle stretching practice for early risers
8.30-10.00 Breakfast
10.00 Introduction to mindfulness
11.15 Coffee
11.30-12.45 Putting mindfulness into practice
13.00 Lunch
14.00 Free time for your own activity. Options include swimming, country walking, resting, Cheltenham is a short drive for those who would like to visit. Spa treatments are available to book via the hotel at your own cost but please wait for confirmation from MPS Society before booking.
19.00 Supper

Places are limited so if you would like to join us for this weekend please complete the booking form by 5 May.
There is a maximum of two adults sharing and no additional charge for single room occupancy. This opportunity is open to parent(s) or carer(s) of a member of the MPS Society UK.
We are asking for a minimum contribution of £100 per person. This includes two nights’ accommodation, meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime, mindfulness sessions and access to leisure facilities (excluding treatments). If you would like to make an additional voluntary contribution towards the cost of your weekend this would be most appreciated. Any voluntary contribution will be eligible for Gift Aid.
