The 2.6 Challenge

Join the nation and the MPS Society for The 2.6 Challenge and become a Home Hero!
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge effect on all charities with the postponement and cancellation of thousands of events resulting in a loss of income.
The MPS Society is joining The 2.6 Challenge to help raise funds during these difficult times. You don’t have to be super fit to take part – simply use your daily exercise to fundraise for us.
In time for 26th April, which should have been the 40th London Marathon, we are asking you to dream up an activity based around the numbers 2.6 or 26. This could be something as simple as pledging to run 2.6 miles to doing 26 minutes of yoga or baking 26 cookies. The challenge is open to anyone, of any age, the only requirement is that the activity must follow the Government guidelines on exercise and social distancing.
To take part, choose your #TwoPointSixChallenge and then head over to our 2.6 Challenge JustGiving or Virgin MoneyGiving fundraising pages and select The Society for Mucopolysaccharide Diseases as your chosen charity.
We can’t wait to hear all about your 2.6 challenges!
