Bob's top tips on surviving lockdown

Updated: Jul 29, 2020

Bob Stevens, Chief Executive of the MPS Society and father to two teenage boys with MPS II Hunter, shares his tips for surviving lockdown as part of the #WeeklyWebinarSeries.

Bob's advice is simple but as a working dad, he knows it's important to try to find ways to keep positive and motivated when things start to get too much. Let us know what your tips are for surviving lockdown and we might feature them as part of our #WeeklyWebinarSeries.

With thanks to Bob Stevens for producing this video.
