Mental health and wellbeing workshops

February and March

A series of free mental health and wellbeing workshops for all UK members and their families to help understand the physical signs of anxiety and learn techniques to manage it when it becomes a burden.

COVID-19 vaccines and Inherited Metabolic Disease: what you need to know

This webinar will bring together an expert panel to address questions and concerns relating to the vaccines, addressing misconceptions and myths, and providing practical advice and information for those with an IMD.

Online mindfulness courses with Claire Garthwaite

An 8 week online mindfulness course:

  • For those with a long-term condition: 8 sessions on Thursdays, 5pm-7pm, starting on 21 January.

  • For carers or parents: 8 sessions on Wednesdays, 10am-12pm, either starting on 20 January or 28 April.
